What are the hours of operation?

All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!

What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?

Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.

What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?

What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.

Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?

No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.

What in-person training is available?

Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.

What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?

At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.

What is the structure of a team member's pay?

Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Cal and Lenka Pascanu

Meet the owners of Christian Brothers Automotive Surprise: For Lenka, teaching is her passion, and she feels privileged to be part of the Arizona’s education system helping to shape minds and hearts of the students. Outside the school she enjoys her time with the family and volunteering at church in the youth outreach programs. Cal spent 15 years gaining automotive expertise at various dealerships where he quickly moved up the professional ladder due to his innate ability to connect with customers and employees. However, Cal and Lenka had longed to own their business and after learning of Christian Brothers Automotive they knew they found their next path in life. Putting their trust in God and embracing CBA’s faith-rooted mission, they started the franchise process in 2015. They moved from Michigan to Arizona at the beginning of 2018 to prepare to open their first location in Peoria. Now, Cal and Lenka are blessed to open their second location in Surprise, where they strive to be a household name and believe customers should be treated fairly and have their best interest at heart by providing a transparent process and outstanding customer service.
