What are the hours of operation?

All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!

Is the shop climate-controlled/ heated and air conditioned?

Yes! Our shop is fully climate-controlled with both heating and air conditioning. In Arizona, we know that working in a comfortable environment isn't just a perk—it's essential. That's why we've invested in a shop that helps keep our team comfortable year-round.

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?

No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.

What in-person training is available?

Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.

Is there an internal training program for team members?

What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?

At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.

What is the structure of a team member's pay?

Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Owned & Operated By Cal and Lenka Pascanu

Cal spent 15 years building his automotive career at dealerships, earning a reputation for taking great care of both customers and employees. But he and his wife, Lenka, always dreamed of owning a business built on faith, honesty, and service.

After discovering Christian Brothers Automotive, they knew it was the right fit. They moved from Michigan to Arizona in 2018 to open their first location in Peoria and, three years ago, proudly opened their second shop in Surprise. Today, they're committed to serving the community with honest advice, transparent service, and treating every customer like family.
