What are the hours of operation?

All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!

What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?

Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.

What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?

What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.

Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?

No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.

What in-person training is available?

Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.

What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?

At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.

What is the structure of a team member's pay?

Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Sterling and Leigh Woody

Sterling and Leigh Woody are native Texans that God called back to Texas after a 4 year project in Nashville, TN. Sterling was born in Abilene and graduated from New Braunfels high school. Leigh was born in Brenham and after spending most of her school years in Anchorage, Alaska, graduated from high school in California.

Both attended Baylor University and graduated in 1978 (Sterling BBA and Leigh BSN). Even though at Baylor at the same time, they did not meet until moving to Dallas to pursue their careers in business and nursing.

After marriage and two boys (Abe and Ben), Leigh gave up her nursing career to take care of the family with the first few years in Tulsa, Oklahoma and then Round Rock, Texas where the boys finished high school.

Sterling worked in various industries and positions but mainly focused on operations in the import/export market before being introduced to the Christian Brothers Automotive concept. He knew in his heart that this was an opportunity that he had been seeking and God had prepared for him.

With the chance to create an atmosphere where customers and employees would know that our goal is to strive to implement the simple but effective Golden Rule of treating others as you would be treated, is an environment that is the only true way to be in business.

Sterling and Leigh’s oldest son Abe (Baylor BA, 2011) and wife Debbie (Baylor BA, 2005) have four sons, Brooks, Walker, Davis and Charlie and currently live in MeGregor, Tx. Ben attended Baylor and finished his BBA at the University of Incarnate Word and after working at the Christian Brothers in Georgetown and a short stint at the Woodway store, he is now the General Manager for the Christian Brothers Store in Temple, Texas.
