What are the hours of operation?
All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!
What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?
Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.
What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?
What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.
Is there an internal training program for team members?

Yes! We have spent countless hours developing our Learning Management System, The Flywheel, to support team members in their learning journeys. Here's some of what you will find on The Flywheel:

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?
No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.
What in-person training is available?
Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.
What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?
At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.
What is the structure of a team member's pay?
Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Lee and Jessie Grant

Christian Brothers Automotive Springfield is Owned and Operated by Lee and Jessie Grant of Nixa, Missouri. The Grants have three children who span 12 years in age; Tanner, Tatum and Henry Bo. The Grant family are active members at LIfepoint Church in Ozark, MO and also enjoy watching their children participate in youth sports.

 

Jessie attended Missouri State University in Springfield, graduating in 2001. Since that time, she has continuously worked in elementary education in Florida, Arkansas and Missouri. She is currently serving as a reading specialist at High Pointe Elementary in Nixa after obtaining a Master’s degree in reading from the University of Arkansas Little Rock. Jessie enjoys family, summer time, and exercise.

 

Lee attended University of Central Missouri in Warrensburg, graduating in 2002. Prior to becoming a franchisee of Christian Brothers Automotive, he enjoyed a successful career in construction management, being employed by the large private firms Hensel Phelps Construction Company of Greeley, CO and JE Dunn Construction Company of Kansas City, MO. He was involved in all aspects of projects such as airports, prisons, hospitals, churches, secondary education facilities and FEMA shelters. Lee is an avid “car guy” and enjoys building, collecting and driving classic cars and hot rods. He also takes pride in developing leadership among his staff while celebrating successes, as well as guiding the process of overcoming challenges. You will always find him personally available for questions, concerns or comments.
