What are the hours of operation?

All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!

What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?

Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.

What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?

What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.

Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?

No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.

What in-person training is available?

Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.

What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?

At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.

What is the structure of a team member's pay?

Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Owned & Operated By Brad and Charisse Copland

My name is Brad Copland, and I am the owner of Christian Brothers Automotive- Bradenton. Although I am new to the automotive repair industry, I am not new to the world of business, customer service, and people management. I have about 30 years of finance and accounting experience in large multi-national organizations across the food, beverage, and energy industries. My wife, Charisse, was educated as a geodetic engineer and is currently serving as a homemaker. I have an adult son that lives in Georgia and adult daughter that lives in Alabama.

I pursued a Christian Brothers Automotive franchise because I respected and supported the company’s values and focus on faith. In addition, while other concepts talk about partnership, Christian Brothers Automotive demonstrates a significant commitment to partnership through site selection, capital investment, training, marketing, and ongoing support. In terms of longevity and community impact, Christian Brothers Automotive has a proven record of success with no closed locations and a history of community engagement.

As a consumer, I have experienced many of the challenges and frustrations associated with automotive repair facilities. My objective is to create differentiated customer experience by focusing on honesty, transparency, excellence, service, and value creation. To support this goal, Christian Brothers Automotive – Bradenton’s facility includes a nine-bay shop outfitted with the latest equipment and programming tools; an experienced team of professional technicians and staff; a comfortable waiting room with complimentary beverages and Wi-Fi; a complimentary shuttle service; and a 3 year or 36,000-mile warranty (whichever is more advantageous to the customer). Furthermore, I will be onsite to help ensure the team stays focused on providing ethical and excellent repair work as well as outstanding customer service.
