What are the hours of operation?
All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!
What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?
Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.
What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?
What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.
Is there an internal training program for team members?

Yes! We have spent countless hours developing our Learning Management System, The Flywheel, to support team members in their learning journeys. Here's some of what you will find on The Flywheel:

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?
No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.
What in-person training is available?
Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.
What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?
At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.
What is the structure of a team member's pay?
Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Dan and Tressa Webster

Dan started at the Christian Brothers Automotive Highlands Ranch location in 2017, as a Service Advisor. The team was a great example of how to glorify God through honest automotive repair service. There, Dan quickly learned the mission of the organization and began on a career path that both pushed him professionally and spiritually.

Over the next seven years Dan’s wife, Tressa, and their two children, Devon and Bettie, began to see how God can impact people in need. They have been exposed to the glory of God through Christian Brothers Automotive and working with several nonprofit organizations. Dan continued to chase his mission with the organization and worked his way into a leadership role at Christian Brothers Automotive Arapahoe.  He became a General Manager and graduated from their multi-year leadership course.

Dan has always sought to own a business that could make an impact on people’s lives and Christian Brothers Automotive was a perfect fit. Their lives were forever changed when God made their next step as a family clear. Dan and Tressa had an opportunity to relocate to Papillion, Nebraska and establish themselves in the community. Christian Brothers Automotive Papillion will serve as a pilar in the community, where honesty and integrity come first.
