Depends on the skill set, experience and drive, most of hour techs flag 40+ hours per week, our goal is to have each tech flagging 50+ hours a week and our best techs flag 65+ hours a week.

As the local owners and operators of Christian Brothers Automotive North Katy and Miramesa, we believe that business is deeply personal. We don’t just work here; this is our community, and our team and our guests are an extension of our own family.
Miguel and Monica established these locations with a very clear vision: to completely change the way people view the automotive repair industry. We wanted to build shops rooted in transparency, integrity, and exceptional service. Just as importantly, we wanted to create a professional home where top-tier Technicians and Service Advisors are genuinely valued, fiercely supported, and given the tools to build incredibly successful careers without sacrificing their weekends.
Our passion for cars extends far beyond the shop doors. When we aren't at the shops, you can often find us working on our own car restoration projects or watching car races. Above all, we cherish our family time. Whether we are catching a great movie, cheering on our favorite teams at football and soccer games, or traveling to explore new places, family is at the center of everything we do.
