What are the hours of operation?

All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!

What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?

Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.

How many bays and lifts does the shop have?

9 bays

What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?

What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.

Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?

No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.

What in-person training is available?

Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.

What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?

At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.

What is the structure of a team member's pay?

Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

No, there is no minimum tool requirement for new technicians.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Kyle and Jena George

We are the Cordell’s! George, Kevin, Jake, Jena, and Kyle all here enjoying every moment of life. Jena and Kyle met through Young Life, a high school ministry, back in 2010 and were married in 2011. Jake (10), Kevin (7) and George (3) came into our lives and things have not been the same. We enjoy riding our bikes, hiking the trails in our neighborhood, listening to music, and cooking pizza every Friday night (anyone is welcome).

Jena is an outstanding 5th grade teacher. She has a heart for kids and loves to see them learn. She has devoted much of her time to improving their skills and getting them ready for what comes next in their lives. Kyle worked for Young Life right out of college. He made a career change and most recently worked in the oil and gas field in a sales and marketing role.

God kept many doors open for us to join Christian Brothers Automotive and we are excited to begin this journey as the proud owners of Christian Brothers Automotive in Montgomery and Magnolia. We look forward to working together and seeing what God has planned for us!!
