You are the person that our guests see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our guests.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Answer phone calls and schedule appointments</li><li>Check guests in and out</li><li>Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers</li><li>Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed</li><li>Keep&#xa0;the facility clean and organized</li><li>Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes</li><li>Direct, coordinate, and participate in performing guest service activities as dictated by workload</li><li>Keeps the service team accountable for making guest&#xa0;update calls on their vehicle</li><li>Serve as a community ambassador for the store through creating authentic relationships and partnerships</li><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

    <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Proven successful customer service experience is required; driven to serve others</li><li>Some experience in the automotive industry preferred; a strong desire to learn automotive terminology required</li><li>Must have <strong><u>strong interpersonal skills</u> </strong>to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and guests</li><li>Valid state driver's license</li><li>Ability to seek and accept coaching and direction</li><li>Ability to multitask and meet deadlines</li><li>Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear</li><li>The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch</li><li>The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds</li><li>Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus</li><li>Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday 7:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.</li></ul>
