<p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p>Automotive Intake &amp; Parts Specialist</p><p><strong>Location:</strong></p><p>1751 Heritage Center Dr, Wake Forest, NC 27587</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for an Intake &amp; Parts Specialist who is energetic, upbeat and has a positive attitude.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Receiving parts for vehicles that are in the process</li><li>Entering parts information into work orders</li><li>Managing in house parts inventory</li><li>Initiating and documenting parts returns</li><li>Initiating and following up on warranty claims with vendors</li><li>Move vehicles from intake spots to stage for the next step in the process</li><li>Perform guest&#xa0;follow up calls</li><li>Shuttle guests</li><li>Various other administrative tasks and light janitorial duties as required</li><li>Potential to move into&#xa0;a Service Writer if desired</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li><li>Driving record must be acceptable to our insurance carrier.</li><li>Prior computer and customer service experience required.</li><li>Must be able to occasionally lift and maneuver 50+ lbs.</li><li>High school education is a plus.</li><li>Good communication skills and a desire and ability to work with the public.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.</li><li>Previous experience as a counter person at an auto parts store is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 100 pounds.</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle’s needed repair.</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand tools.</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of their workday.</li><li>Drive manual transmissions vehicles.</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer.</li></ul>
