<p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p>Automotive Service Advisor</p><p><strong>Location: &#xa0;</strong></p><p>688 Brawley School Road, Mooresville, NC 28117</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>At Christian Brothers Automotive, we’re looking for a Senior Service Advisor who is passionate about people, skilled in guiding customers through repair decisions, and committed to delivering integrity-driven service.&#xa0;</p><p>As a Senior Service Advisor, you will oversee the full customer journey—from greeting and check-in to estimate creation, workflow management, and final delivery. You will be a key contributor to store performance by driving sales growth, ensuring repair quality, and maintaining communication between customers, technicians, and front office staff. This position reports directly to the Business Owner or Service Manager.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Serve as the primary point of contact for customers before, during, and after service—owning the customer experience with professionalism, empathy, and the heart of a teacher.&#xa0;</li><li>Demonstrate proven success in automotive service and repair sales, using transparency, product knowledge, and trust-building communication to help customers make informed decisions.&#xa0;</li><li>Create accurate repair estimates, integrate DVI findings, present recommendations clearly, and promote high-quality service solutions that meet revenue and margin goals.&#xa0;</li><li>Ensure quality control standards for all repairs and verify that work meets or exceeds customer satisfaction targets.&#xa0;</li><li>Maintain positive, proactive communication with customers, technicians, vendors, and office staff.&#xa0;</li><li>Assist with shop workflow, staff coordination, vendor management, parts sourcing, and inventory decisions in accordance with CBA guidelines.&#xa0;</li><li>Keep a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment&#xa0;</li><li>Support store opening/closing procedures, daily accounting tasks, reconciliations, and report reviews as needed.&#xa0;</li><li>Contribute to a clean, friendly, and hospitable environment—greeting every customer with enthusiasm and respect.&#xa0;</li><li>Uphold all company policies, including our commitment to honesty, integrity, and a smoke-free workplace.&#xa0;</li><li>Actively embrace new responsibilities, system updates, and procedural improvements that enhance customer service and operational efficiency.</li></ul>

    Qualifications

    <p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience (or willingness to obtain certification within 60 days).&#xa0;</li><li>Minimum 6 years of automotive service advising and/or service sales experience.&#xa0;</li><li>Demonstrated track record of successful service and repair sales built on transparency, communication, and customer trust.&#xa0;</li><li>Strong understanding of automotive systems, repair processes, and service operations workflow.</li><li>Proficiency with Windows-based software, tablets, and shop management systems; TekMetric experience preferred.&#xa0;</li><li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required.&#xa0;</li><li>Completion of an industry-recognized service advisor training program is a plus</li><li>Clear, valid driver's license with acceptable driving record</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Being dependable and reliable for a position that is scheduled for Monday – Friday, 7am – 6pm</li><li>Being on your feet the majority of the workday (standing, walking, coordinating parts, etc.)</li><li>Occasionally lifting and carrying objects over 50 lbs.</li><li>Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment</li></ul>

    Physical Requirements
