You are the person that our customers see every time they make an investment into their vehicle, because of these reasons you play a large role in building relationships with our customers and our community.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Drive guests to/from home or work in our branded shuttle provided during shop work hours.&#xa0;</li><li>Desire to learn automotive repair service terminology and processes</li><li>Providing a safe shuttle service for our valued guests</li><li>Treating our guests with the utmost respect under all circumstances and with a heart consistent with Christian Brothers</li><li>Keeps a timely shuttle route</li><li>Assists passengers in getting in and out of vehicles</li><li>Assisting the shop with receiving, processing, incoming and outgoing parts and other errands as needed</li><li>Notifies service manager of any servicing the shuttle vehicle may require, such as oil changes, tires, cleaning, and general maintenance</li><li>Keep the facility clean and organized</li><li>Follow all safety policies and procedures</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications

  • Must have strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, vendors, and customers
  • Valid state driver's license
  • Meet required insurance driving record parameters
  • Enjoy a fast-paced environment and a team mentality (we work hard but like to have fun doing it)!
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software

Physical Requirements

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
  • The employee is occasionally required to balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch
  • The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, color vision, and the ability to adjust focus
  • Being dependable for a position that is Monday through Friday with split time
