<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul><li>Experience using iPads/Phones/Computers to complete efficient vehicle checkups and good DVI's is a must&#xa0;</li><li>A strong motivation to learn a mechanical service career path</li><li>Attending an Automotive Program or recent graduate preferred</li><li>Some knowledge and experience in repairing vehicles preferred</li><li>Shows a high level of interest, willingness to learn, and embraces new ideas</li><li>Good communication skills and strong attention to detail</li><li>Self-motivated and exemplifies a positive attitude</li><li>A valid driver’s license</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of the workday</li><li>Drive manual transmission vehicles</li><li>Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer</li></ul>
