<p><strong>Job Title:</strong></p><p>Mobile Automotive Technician / Mechanic</p><p><strong>Location: &#xa0;</strong></p><p>Melbourne, FL</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for mobile technicians / mechanics who are energetic, upbeat, and have a positive attitude. The technicians we are looking for have to seek out solutions to tough problems with a strong passion for doing what’s right for our guests.</p><p>The position is paid by clock hour.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Technicians use their knowledge &amp; skills to diagnose and fix vehicles for our guests</li><li>Honestly assess vehicles and document detailed recommendations of necessary repairs and manufacturer's maintenance recommendations.</li><li>Address all guest concerns.</li><li>Perform a wide range of automotive maintenance and repairs.</li><li>Continuously build experience as an automotive technician across a wide range of domestic and foreign vehicles</li><li>Review TSB's and other service recommendations and translate to guest needs.</li><li>Politely and professionally communicate with teammates and guests regarding the vehicle.</li><li>Communicate cause and correction for guest concerns regarding their vehicle.</li><li>Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization</li><li>Wheel and tire replacements</li><li>Maintain professionalism.</li><li>Keep repair vehicle clean and presentable</li><li>Master MFG level diagnostic tools (MFG scantools and subscriptions provided by<br> CBA)</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Strong communication skills</li><li>Positive attitude.</li><li>Maintain a well-groomed appearance</li><li>Aptitude for learning additional skills and processes.</li><li>5+ years of experience as a professional automotive technician.</li><li>Capable of diagnosing and repairing all makes/models of vehicles.</li><li>Must have a sufficient knowledge of traffic laws, understand them and follow them.</li><li>Ability to Flag 40+ hours per week.</li><li>Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record.</li><li>Desire to serve guests.</li><li>Prefer experience with all makes and models.</li><li>Dealership diagnostic equipment experience a plus.</li><li>Current ASE Certifications and/or willingness to obtain ASE Certifications is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds.</li><li>Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head.</li><li>Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair.</li><li>Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools</li><li>Walk/stand for the majority of the workday.</li><li>Drive manual transmission vehicles.</li><li>Keep a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment.</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer.</li></ul>
