• Primary role will be working in our Priority Service Bays with our Lead Priority Service Technician.
• General Service Technician / Mechanics.
• Performing maintenance and repair services including but not limited to: oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, suspension alignments, comprehensive vehicle checks, and more.
• Work as part of a team to troubleshoot guest concerns quickly and effectively.
• Complete full, accurate, and honest digital vehicle inspections.
• Ensure all preventive maintenance reports are complete and accurate.
• Comply with federal, state, and local regulations that affect service operations, such as hazardous waste disposal and OSHA right-to-know.
• Assist in all housekeeping functions as needed/directed.
• Work closely with the service department and effectively communicate the conditions of a guest's vehicle.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, cleanliness, and organization.

• Current driver’s license with no DUI or Reckless Driving Infractions on your record.
• This is an entry level position.  We prefer a high school or equivalent diploma.

• Occasionally lift and/or move over 50 pounds
• Be able to work with tools on vehicles lifted above their head
• Work in tight spaces as dictated by the vehicle's needed repair
• Have the needed dexterity in order to efficiently use hand-tools
• Walk/stand for the majority of the workday
• Drive manual transmission vehicles
• Keeping a brisk work pace in a high-volume environment
• Efficiently navigate a computer

Christian Brothers Automotive in Maumelle is hiring a Fast Lane / Lube Tech / Tire Technician / GS General Service Technician to work with a great team and have the opportunity to grow and learn to become a Master Technician.

If if you are a proficient lube and tire tech and want to grow as a technician, this is a great place to learn. Also, if you are just starting out but are able to do mechanical work or electrical troubleshooting I would love to visit with you as well.
