Loop 250 North<br> Midland, TX 79707</p><p><strong>Job Overview:</strong></p><p>We are looking for a Parts Manager who is energetic, upbeat and has a positive attitude.&#xa0;</p><p><strong>Responsibilities will include but will not be limited to:</strong></p><ul><li>Receiving parts for vehicles that are in the process</li><li>Entering parts information into work orders</li><li>Managing in house parts inventory</li><li>Initiating and documenting parts and core returns</li><li>Initiating and following up on warranty claims with vendors</li><li>Move vehicles from intake spots to stage for the next step in the process</li><li>Perform quality control on repair orders</li><li>Shuttle guests</li><li>Various other administrative tasks and light janitorial duties as required</li><li>Potential to move into&#xa0;a Service Writer if desired</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

<p><strong>Qualifications:&#xa0;</strong></p><ul><li>Must have a valid driver's license.</li><li>Strong attention to detail and organization skills required.</li><li>Adequate typing skills required.</li><li>Proficient phone skills necessary.</li><li>Driving record must be acceptable to our insurance carrier.</li><li>Prior computer and customer service experience required.</li><li>High school education is a plus.</li><li>Good communication skills and a desire and ability to work with the public.</li><li>Previous experience as a counter person at an auto parts store is a plus.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Requirements:</strong></p><ul><li>Occasionally lift and/or move over 50&#xa0;pounds.</li><li>Efficiently navigate a computer.</li><li>Physically capable to assist delivering parts and move vehicles</li></ul>
