Meet the owners
Born and raised in Gwinnett County, Zak is a true Gwinnettian! He has served the Gwinnett community within the automotive industry for over 15 years, many of which were in Dacula. After attending his alma mater, the University of Georgia, Zak managed his first full-service automotive repair shop at the age of 21. He joined Christian Brothers Automotive Hamilton Mill in 2014 as a Service Manager. Within a few months, Zak was promoted to Store Manager and eventually to Area Manager over the Hamilton Mill, Suwanee, and Jones Bridge Christian Brothers Automotive locations.
Shyla graduated from Reinhardt University, located in Waleska, Georgia. With a passion for serving others, Shyla joins Christian Brothers Automotive Hamilton Mill following a decade of experience in public service and non-profit work within Gwinnett County.
In 2021, Zak and Shyla were blessed with the opportunity to purchase Christian Brothers Automotive Hamilton Mill and Suwanee - a dream that they have worked toward for years. Their mission is to provide ethical and quality automotive repair to the Dacula community.
