What are the hours of operation?
All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!
What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?
Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.
What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?
What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.
Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?
No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.
What in-person training is available?
Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.
What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?
At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.
What is the structure of a team member's pay?
Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Kevin and Tricia Cronic

Kevin Cronic opened Christian Brothers Automotive Grayson in June 2011. Upon earning a B.S. degree in Political Science from Georgia Southern University, Kevin spent almost 20 years in the home building industry. While working he went on to earn an M.B.A. from Georgia State. He worked in Gwinnett County as a District Sales Manager for R.C.S. and then Builder’s Specialties. With the demise of the residential market he sought out an affable business model which would allow him to apply his personal level of resolve to taking care of customers. While working with the home builders in the Suwanee area, he noticed the Christian Brothers and investigated the franchise. Kevin has a passion for people and a love for cars and trucks. He believes that doing whatever it takes to build long-term customer relationships is the key to any successful business. He and his wife Tricia have two daughters, Carley and Katie, and spend most of their time involved with the girl’s activities and with their extended family and friends. They truly feel blessed to have a business they can call their own in a community they love.
