How long has this Christian Brothers Automotive been in business?

Our location opened June 24, 2024. The building was originally built and opened as My Garage by Essex. We acquired the building in December 2023 and began renovations to open in June.

What are the hours of operation?
All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!
What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?
Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.
How many bays and lifts does the shop have?

Our shop has 8 bays including our one of a kind CEMB Argos alignment system

What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?
What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.
Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?
No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.
What in-person training is available?
Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.
What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?
At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.
What is the structure of a team member's pay?
Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.
Is the shop climate-controlled/ heated and air conditioned?

Yes, our shop is fully air conditioned and heated.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Aaron and Amanda Steele

Aaron and Amanda Steele, the dedicated Operators behind Christian Brothers Automotive - Clemson, offer a full-service dealership alternative for automotive repairs.

After a career of serving his community with the Fire/EMS service, Aaron felt God calling him to serve others in a different way. In 2017, Aaron started as a Service Advisor with Christian Brothers Automotive in Riverview, Florida where he would spend two years. It quickly became apparent to Aaron that God had called him to CBA and since that moment Aaron’s life would be forever changed. Aaron spent the next 5 years growing and refining his leadership skills while serving others in the Midlothian, Virginia community.

You could say Aaron and Amanda have lived a life dedicated to service. Aaron's background in Emergency Services and growing up in his family's automotive repair shop in Indiana, coupled with Amanda's relationship driven service skills crafted from years of serving clients in real estate, gives the Steele’s a profound passion for serving others and their community.

When presented with the opportunity to operate Christian Brothers Automotive – Clemson, Aaron and Amanda were quickly ALL IN. In November of 2023, Aaron and Amanda began planting roots in the Clemson community and started fulfilling their mission of being a light in the upstate area.

When the needs of your vehicle have been determined, we will take the time to show you what’s important and what can be prioritized for a later visit. The best part is that all the repairs performed by Christian Brothers Automotive – Clemson are backed by an industry leading warranty of 3 years/36,000 miles – whichever occurs last.

Our goal is to take the hassle out of vehicle repairs and make them more convenient for you. Whether you need a ride to work, school, or home our clean, comfortable, and convenient courtesy shuttle is ready to take you wherever it is you need to be. Maybe you’d prefer to utilize our comfortable state-of-the-art lounge area to enjoy a fresh cup of coffee, warm fresh baked cookies, and free Wi-Fi to get some work done while our TEAM services your vehicle or feel free to unplug and enjoy a book. With more and more companies and employees utilizing remote working conditions, we have adapted to serve you by offering an easy and convenient valet pick-up and drop-off service for those in the Clemson community.
