What are the hours of operation?
All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!
What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?
Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.
What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?
What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.
Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?
No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.
What in-person training is available?
Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.
What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?
At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.
What is the structure of a team member's pay?
Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Mark and Karen Menzuber

My wife, Karen, and I are the franchise owner of Christian Brothers Automotive Chanhassen. We have been married since 1994 and have two wonderful daughters, Sarah and Megan. Karen is a school nurse at St. Hubert’s catholic grade school. Sarah is an athletic trainer who spends most of her time in operating rooms assisting the surgeon repair knees and shoulders. Megan is an account manager with an IT Consulting firm helping companies manage all their IT needs. My background is serving in the U.S. Navy and corporate market and product development. In our free time, we love to hang out with friends, travel, and volunteer for great causes.

My journey to Christian Brothers Automotive is a fascinating story that I love to share with customers at the shop or during a shuttle ride. It's an honor to own a business here in Chanhassen. Every one of our skilled, ASE-certified, technicians is passionate about making a difference for our customers. With comfortable waiting rooms, free courtesy inspections on every visit, a free courtesy shuttle and transparent pricing, you’ll feel right at home in our auto shop.
