Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Dave and Lisa Kleber

Christian Brothers Automotive Brandermill is owned and operated by Dave and Lisa Kleber. As local residents, Dave and Lisa live right here in the Brandermill community and are deeply passionate about being a light in both the automotive industry and their community. God blessed Dave and Lisa with the ability to purchase this location, and their focus is to provide honest, transparent, and outstanding automotive repair and maintenance services to their neighbors. Dave’s 26-year career spans active service in the United States Marine Corps, federal law enforcement, and leading global investigations teams at Amazon. Combined with Lisa’s work as a Neuro ICU RN at a local hospital, caring for others with absolute integrity is a core value that naturally led them to Christian Brothers Automotive.

Because family is at the center of everything they do, Dave and Lisa are committed to cultivating that same environment within their business. They believe a great guest experience starts with how you treat your team, which is why they intentionally foster a supportive, family culture for their employees. They extend that same standard of care to their guests as well, treating everyone who walks through the door as a member of their own family and striving daily to live out the calling to love your neighbor as yourself (Matthew 22:39).

Together, Dave and Lisa share six children and two beloved dogs: Remington (Remi), a black lab, and Khaleesi, an Irish Cream Golden Retriever. Their bustling family includes five grown children who reside in Phoenix, AZ and Dallas, TX. Rounding out the crew is their youngest daughter, a Midlothian high schooler who keeps the family energized and on the move with her competitive volleyball and track schedules. When they aren't busy with family activities, Dave and Lisa enjoy pursuing their own personal interests. Dave loves working with his hands, spending his time building projects and gardening, while Lisa enjoys off-roading in her Jeep, hunting, and home decorating. As a family, they take every opportunity to get outdoors together, whether they are hiking, fishing, kayaking, or simply spending quality time with Remi and Khaleesi. They love to travel and explore everything that the Richmond area and the state of Virginia as a whole have to offer.

At Christian Brothers Automotive Brandermill, we look forward to welcoming our neighbors with integrity and solid Christian values.
