What are the hours of operation?

All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!

What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?

Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.

What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?

What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.

Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?

No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.

What in-person training is available?

Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.

What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?

At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.

What is the structure of a team member's pay?

Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Owned & Operated By Michael and Christi Thomas

Welcome to Christian Brothers Automotive – Bartram Park, locally owned and operated by Michael and Christi Thomas. The Thomas family has been blessed with the opportunity to introduce Christian Brothers Automotive to the Jacksonville-St. Johns County area. For those unfamiliar, Christian Brothers Automotive is a refreshing full-service alternative to the dealership, and we are dedicated to providing uncompromising quality and ethical repairs, with a superior personalized guest experience. This dedication has resulted in J.D. Power ranking Christian Brothers Automotive highest in satisfaction for full-service maintenance and repair for a fifth time in 2024. Our experienced ASE-certified technicians provide professional, careful service and repair to all makes and models of vehicles.

Originally from Atlanta, Georgia, Michael and Christi’s journey with Christian Brothers Automotive began after they moved their family to the area in 2019. Following a 25-year career in the commercial real estate industry, Michael discovered Christian Brothers Automotive as an answer to his call to start a business where he could serve the community and share his faith. Christi has dedicated her professional life to educating our youth, and after a 15-year teaching career, she currently serves the community as an Assistant Principal at a local elementary school. Michael and Christi are proud parents of a daughter and a son who both attend high school in St. Johns County.
