What are the hours of operation?

All of our locations are open Monday through Friday from 7am - 6pm. We believe in providing team members with a healthy work-life balance. Enjoy the weekend!

What type of vehicles and repairs does the shop specialize in?

Our shop offers auto repair services and maintenance for every vehicle. Gas or diesel, foreign or domestic, car or truck - no matter the vehicle, we have the expertise and experience to fix it right the first time.

What diagnostic equipment and tools are available?

What truly sets us apart is the CBA Diagnostic Suite—a custom-built, Windows-based diagnostic platform that connects directly to OEM software—paired with OEM pass-through devices for GM, Ford, and Stellantis, the DrewTech CarDaqPlus3 for broader coverage including Honda, Toyota, and Nissan, and advanced aftermarket scan tools like the iScan3 and Autel Maxisys Ultra, all of which give our technicians dealership-level diagnostic and programming capabilities across nearly all makes and models.

Is there an internal training program for team members?

Is this shop location managed by a central office or headquarters?

No, each location is individually owned and operated. This means that while we share a common brand and mission, each shop is run by an independent party.

What in-person training is available?

Team members have the opportunity to attend in-person training events at our Support Center in Houston, TX, as well as regional events held by the Service Development team and trusted vendors.

What type of support is available with difficult or problem repairs/diagnostics?

At Christian Brothers Automotive, you're never left to tackle tough jobs on your own. Our in-house Technical Assistance Center (T.A.C.) is made up of experienced Master L1 techs who are here to walk alongside you when you're working through challenging diagnostics or repairs. Whether it's drivability issues, electrical concerns, or complex system strategies, our role is to guide, support, and help you think through the next steps. We don't just give answers, we work with you so you can build confidence, sharpen your skills, and keep moving forward with clarity.

What is the structure of a team member's pay?

Our shop has several different pay structures depending on the role and skill level. We offer hourly, salary, and flat-rate structures.

Meet the owners

Owned & Operated By Paul and Jennifer Klobe

Christian Brothers Automotive-Andover is owned by Paul and Jennifer Klobe. Their first introduction to Christian Brothers Automotive was through the servicing of Jennifer’s minivan at the Andover location in 2019. Although significant repairs were required on the vehicle, the positive experience was unlike any they had experienced before. They appreciated the transparent and thorough evaluation of their vehicle and the confidence they had in the service they received. Shortly thereafter, Paul began researching franchise opportunities with Christian Brothers Automotive. He had felt called out of his corporate career and wanted to move into a role where he could more directly serve and impact his team and community. Joining the Christian Brothers Automotive family was just the opportunity he had been waiting for. Jennifer has been an educator in the Andover area for the last several years, and they are thankful to continue to serve in the community where they have developed deep ties and are raising their family. They are both humbled and blessed to have the opportunity to own and operate Christian Brothers Automotive—Andover, the very same location that started them on their CBA journey.
